Distant monitoring - Schroders

Schroders needed to be alerted when a server went down, whether the IT team was in the office or not, 24/7.

With Mpulse the implementation was simple: Schroder's monitoring server simply sends an email for mpulse to trigger the alert. Mpulse systems in turn send an SMS to the Schroder staff on duty.
